This day was Janet Jersey’s birthday, May 5^th. Her friend, Alice Aarons, Beverly Burg, Chelsea Chi, and Diana David was invited to Janet’s birthday party. Her mom, Mrs. Jersey was a good baker, she baked 6 plates of chocolate-chip cookies for the kids, while Mrs. Jersey is making the cookies. The kids went to the backyard and play.

       “I will be right back, just want to go to the washroom, and can you lead me to the washroom, Janet?” asked Alice.

      “Sure thing!” answered Janet.  

      “We will be waiting you guys outside then!” said Beverly

      When the kids had go inside the house, they ate all the chocolate-chip cookies, but when the kids finished the cookies, they suddenly realized there is 3 plates of chocolate-chip cookies missing!

      “Hey! Where did the yummy cookies go?” cried Chelsea who loves to eat everything.

      “How should we know? 6 plates of chocolate was here when I go to the washroom, I didn’t take them, and I guess the time we go outside is 2:30 so the cookies could have been gone at 2:35 or something.” Said Alice

      “I think I see who stole the cookies!” said Diana
